Their work includes office interiors, healthcare facilities, industrial and warehouse spaces, retail environments, and ground-up commercial developments, with a strong focus on cost-effective project delivery, tenant improvements, and interior finish-outs Job Description Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for ground up warehousing/cold storage/industrial construction projects. Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to develop competitive bids. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines. Evaluate historical data and market trends to improve accuracy and refine future estimates. Present estimates and cost proposals to leadership and stakeholders for approval and negotiation.
