Job Description As the Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a variety of commercial construction projects while partnering closely with operations and business development teams. Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for commercial construction projects Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop complete project pricing Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving recommendations Collaborate with project management and operations teams during preconstruction Support proposal submissions and help secure new business opportunities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
