With a robust backlog of work and continued investment in the region, they are seeking to strengthen their preconstruction team in New Braunfels. Known for delivering large-scale transportation, roadway, earthwork, and infrastructure projects, they offer a stable environment, strong leadership, and long-term career progression for ambitious construction professionals. Your new role As a Heavy Civil Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing competitive and accurate estimates for major infrastructure projects across Central Texas. You'll play a key role in evaluating project opportunities, reviewing plans and specifications, developing takeoffs, analyzing subcontractor and supplier pricing, and helping to deliver winning bids. Working closely with operations, project management, and executive leadership, you'll support pursuits involving highways, roadway reconstruction, grading, drainage, structures, and other heavy civil works. This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor with a substantial backlog of work and a strong regional footprint.
