Based in Redmond, WA, we're known for our craftsmanship, professionalism, and premium service — delivering stunning results in kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, and porcelain enclosures . We're expanding our team and seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Sales Representative to serve home owners, builders, general contractors, and kitchen & bath dealers throughout the greater Seattle area. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and design professionals. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs. Assess client projects, address objections, and close sales. Prepare and deliver detailed quotes in a timely manner. Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Proven sales experience in solid surfaces (granite, quartz, porcelain, or similar materials) preferred. Prior construction, fabrication, or trades experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset and results-driven approach. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary +
