Part Time Flooring Technician

Job Description

Arrow Maintenance Corporation is a San Diego-based company specializing in maintenance services for Property Managers. We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Part Time Flooring Technician to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Part Time Flooring Technician, you will travel to assigned properties to complete a variety of work orders. Responsibilities include performing unit turnovers and maintaining the overall appearance of our properties and communities to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of flooring experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel between properties required)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Experience with unit turnovers
  • Spanish speaking is a plus Position Details

  • $35.00 an hour

Mother's Room Job Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and replace a variety of flooring materials, including carpet, vinyl, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, hardwood, tile, and baseboards
  • Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials according to project specifications
  • Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and repairing surfaces as needed
  • Remove and dispose of existing flooring materials
  • Repair damaged flooring and complete touch-up work
  • Operate and maintain flooring tools and equipment safely
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
  • Complete assigned projects within established timelines Follow established cleaning procedures and company standards Communicate clearly and professionally with property managers, tenants, and clients Accurately document completed work using property management software Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with safety and quality guidelines Travel between properties as required Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times
