We specialize in exterior home enhancement services; rain gutter systems & accessories, a wide variety of custom built patio covers, architectural sheet metal and roofing services. Job Summary:

We're looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our installation team. Whether you already have rain gutter experience or are eager to learn, the person in this role will work with a team to create professional, top quality installations that make a difference for our customers. At AquaSolTech, you'll be supported by experienced installers and project managers who take pride in helping you grow your skills and craftsmanship.

Primary Job Duties:

Assist with installing gutter systems according to project specifications. Help measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation. Safely remove old gutters and prep work areas. Support the installation of gutter accessories such as hangers, rain chains, and leader heads. Ensure installations are clean, secure, and functional. Maintain a tidy & clean work environment and help organize materials and tools. Communicate clearly with teammates and customers to ensure great experiences. Take pride in delivering precise, professional results every time. Load and unload trucks with daily materials and tools. Keep the gutter shop organized by putting materials and parts away where they belong.

Qualifications:

A positive attitude and attention to detail. Strong teamwork and communication skills. A willingness to learn and take direction. Physical stamina and ability to lift materials, manage a wide range of ladders, work at heights, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Possess and have comfort using basic hand tools. Skilled in basic math, read a tape measure, etc. Reliable transportation to report to work at the required time. Some experience in construction or home improvement is a plus, but not required Gutter experience will boost your application, but not required. Previous experience in residential projects is a plus. A valid driver's license and clean driving record is a plus, but not required. Trailer towing experience is helpful but not required, job training available.
