As well, with our other divisions, we offer a wide variety of custom built patio covers, architectural sheet metal and metal roofing. We aim to exceed our customers' expectations with professional, precise and top quality installations. Job Summary We have immediate openings for an Installation Crew Lead, who will lead a team of 2-3 installers on rain gutter residential and commercial projects. Candidates should have rain gutter fabrication and installation expertise and be able to adopt the Aquatech way. Your experience in construction and customer service will be crucial in ensuring high-quality installations and customer satisfaction. You will also set the tone for your crew, ensuring work is done safely & efficiently. You'll help guide and motivate your team, fostering an environment of accountability and pride in every job. Learn more about our work at . Primary Job Duties Fabricate and install gutters according to project managers' specifications. Measure and cut materials to precisely fit installation requirements. Oversee crew's work to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. Communicate clearly, regularly and in a timely manner with project managers about progress, delays, and reasons for any missed timelines. Support the ongoing development of your crew installer(s). Direct and support the safe and clean removal of old gutters and prep work areas. Fabricate and install a wide range of rain gutter profiles (shapes) and downspouts, including hand cut miters and hand cut smooth downspout elbows. Install a wide range gutter accessories, including hangers, rain chains, leader heads etc.. Ensure proper installations (i.e. securely fastened, sloped correctly, sealed effectively, etc.). Repair or replace damaged or worn-out components. Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service. Execute the job with a quality focused mindset, ensuring the job is completed to the highest possible standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including job site, work truck & trailer(s), and in putting back materials after completing a job. Load and unload trucks with daily materials and tools.
Lead Qualifications :
5+ years of rain gutter fabrication and installation experience. Proven experience leading an installation crew. Ability to motivate and guide team members, maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Proven reliability and time management, arriving on time and ready to work and complete projects in a timely manner. Previous experience in residential and commercial construction projects. Competence with basic hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment. Physical stamina and ability to lift materials, manage a wide range of ladders, work at heights, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Able to perform basic math skills, read a tape measure, etc. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Must have reliable transportation to arrive at work on time. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must know how to tow trailers.
