Job Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing substrates to ensure proper adhesion. Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and polyurea coatings, decorative finishes, and sealants. Mix and apply concrete stains and sealants. Operate and maintain tools and equipment related to coated floor installation. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards and client expectations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide updates on projects. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Experience and Licensing/Certification Requirements:

Previous experience in epoxy flooring installation or a related trade is preferred. A valid driver's license is required. Qualifications /

Skills:

Proficient in surface preparation and epoxy application techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy materials, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and performing other physical tasks associated with flooring installation.
