Pay Range:

We specialize in customizing homes to improve safety, accessibility, and comfort for individuals who are elderly or living with disabilities. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Lead Installer or Project Coordinator position for the right candidate. Responsibilities Candidates should have experience in multiple areas of home repair, maintenance, and remodeling. You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and communicate effectively with a positive, team-oriented attitude. If you have experience in at least three of the following skill areas, we'd love to hear from you: General Carpentry•Rough and Finish Bathroom Upgrades / Remodeling Kitchen Upgrades / Remodeling Interior and Exterior Painting Drywall Hanging, Finishing, Repair, Patching, and Caulking Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Work Flooring Repair and Installation General Handyman Repairs and Home Maintenance Trim Carpentry•Baseboards, Quarter Round, Casing, Crown Molding Requirements Valid Driver's License (required) Ability to lift and carry materials as needed Strong communication and listening skills Comfortable using power tools and hand tools Ability to work independently and on-site at residential properties Reliable, professional, and respectful toward clients A genuine interest in helping others We strongly encourage individuals with non-traditional backgrounds or criminal records to apply.
