Job Description

Job Description:

Sentri Homes is looking for an experienced, reliable flooring installer to join our subcontractor network serving the Evansville and Princeton, Indiana area. We provide steady work through residential remodel jobs, including LVP/vinyl plank flooring, underlayment installation, and baseboard trim work.

Responsibilities:

Install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring over prepped subfloors Install OSB/plywood underlayment to level and raise flooring as needed Move and reset appliances (stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer) as required Install transition strips and baseboards Perform tear-out of old flooring when needed Clean up job site and haul away debris Communicate professionally with homeowners and the project manager Provide photos/documentation of completed work when requested

Requirements:

Proven experience installing LVP, laminate, or similar flooring Own tools and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and finish quality Punctual, professional, and communicative

Pay:

$1,300.00 per day
