What You'll Do Install residential hardwood and laminate flooring Prepare subfloors and job sites Deliver high-quality workmanship for our customers Work with a team to complete projects efficiently Learn and execute usage of basic construction tools, as well as tools specific to the flooring industry Requirements Valid Driver's License Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift materials and work on job sites Precision and attention to detail Construction or flooring experience preferred (but training available for motivated candidates) Benefits Top industry wages - New laborers start at $18.
