Job Overview Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Job description: Overview This role involves preparing, repairing, and coating concrete surfaces using a one‑day installation system. The ideal candidate is very reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality results. Experience is a plus, but training is available for motivated individuals. Duties Grind, repair, and prepare concrete surfaces using industrial equipment Apply basecoat, broadcast flake, and finish with polyaspartic topcoat Operate grinders, vacuums, mixers, and hand tools safely Maintain a clean, organized job site throughout the project Communicate professionally with homeowners Follow established installation standards and safety procedures Load/unload materials and equipment daily Work efficiently with a crew to complete one‑day installations Assist with tool, vehicle, and shop maintenance Skills Strong work ethic and consistent reliability Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work on your feet all day Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in varying weather conditions Detail‑oriented and takes pride in craftsmanship Team player with strong communication skills Problem‑solver who stays calm under pressure Respectful, honest, and customer‑focused Motivated to grow within the trade
