We're a fast-growing company with a showroom in Plymouth, a warehouse in Fridley, and projects scheduled across the region. Every installation is different, and you'll work alongside a small team building some of the best golf simulator spaces in the industry. Position Overview We're looking for an experienced, dependable installer to join our team during our busiest season. You'll work alongside our Lead Installer to build custom golf simulator spaces from start to finish. This is primarily indoor work in finished homes and commercial buildings.

Typical installations include:

Artificial turf Golf simulator enclosures Wall and acoustic panels Projectors and projector mounts Computers and monitors Launch monitors Finish trim and accessories No two projects are the same, and attention to detail is critical. Responsibilities Assist with golf simulator installations from start to finish Install turf, wall panels, enclosures, computers, monitors, projectors, and related equipment Perform light framing, finish carpentry, and trim work as needed Read installation drawings and follow project plans Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional Work efficiently as part of a team Represent Pioneer Golf Company professionally while interacting with customers Travel to job sites throughout Minnesota and surrounding states Qualifications / Required 2+ years of construction, remodeling, carpentry, or installation experience Must be a golfer (non-negotiable) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Comfortable using power tools and basic construction equipment Ability to lift 75+ lbs. Pay:
