Job Description

Martin's Flooring is seeking a proactive, people-focused Commercial Jobsite Foreman to serve as the primary connection between our installation teams, customers, builders, and project management staff. This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and keeping projects moving forward. Responsibilities Serve as the field representative for Martin's Flooring on active jobsites. Build strong relationships with customers, site supervisors, and installation crews Communicate project updates, answer questions, and help resolve jobsite issues. Conduct jobsite inspections and document progress. Support installers and ensure work meets company quality standards. Assist with punch list completion and project closeout activities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and work effectively with customers, subcontractors, and team members. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Experience in construction, flooring, project coordination, or team leadership preferred.
