Mix and apply epoxy resins, primers, sealers, and topcoats using hand tools and power tools to achieve smooth, even finishes. Utilize hand tools such as trowels, rollers, brushes, and caulking guns for application and detailing work. Ensure all installation procedures comply with safety regulations and building material handling protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct floor refinishing, buffing, and water damage restoration as needed to enhance durability and appearance. Collaborate with team members on carpentry tasks like trim carpentry or fixture installation that complement flooring projects. Experience Proven experience in epoxy floor installation within the construction or restoration industry. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, interpreting technical drawings, and building plans related to flooring projects. Hands-on experience with vinyl, hardwood, tile laying, carpet installation, and floor refinishing techniques is preferred. Familiarity with construction site safety compliance standards and proper use of hand tools and power tools. Background in water damage restoration or remodeling projects is advantageous. Prior work experience in construction site environments demonstrating manual handling skills and adherence to safety protocols. Additional skills in cabinetry installation, construction painting, caulking, buffing, or handyman tasks will be considered a plus.
