Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This position plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests through skillful meal preparation and presentation. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed. Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Participate in events as required, providing excellent service and meal presentation. Qualifications Proven experience in a restaurant or culinary environment, with a focus on fine dining preferred. Strong background in food handling, meal preparation, and cooking techniques. Familiarity with menu planning and dietary aide responsibilities is a plus. Excellent knife skills and knowledge of food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within the kitchen team.
