We're expanding our flooring division and looking for experienced flooring installers who take pride in quality craftsmanship and professionalism. What We Install LVP / Luxury Vinyl Plank LVT/ Luxury Vinyl Tile What We Offer Steady, high-volume work (no slow seasons) Competitive pay per job Weekly payments Materials provided (you focus on install) Dedicated support team for scheduling & logistics Opportunity for long-term partnership as we continue to grow Requirements 2+ years of flooring installation experience Own tools & reliable transportation Ability to complete jobs efficiently and to company standards Professional appearance and communication with homeowners Must be insured (or willing to obtain insurance) What Sets You Apart Attention to detail Clean, professional installs Reliability and accountability Team-player mindset
