Job posting description Mattonella, Inc. is hiring exceptional tile installers in the Greater Richmond Area. Do you have what it takes to join our elite team? We are a professional, sought-after, licensed, and insured tile contractor here in the Richmond and Chesterfield areas. Our tile installers must have a minimum of FIVE years of experience in the tile industry and be willing and ready to hit the ground running! We are looking for amazing craftsmen with the following qualities:

• Familiarity with TCNA standards
• Five or more years of experience
• Personal ownership of all hand tools required for the trade
• A valid ID, and legal to work in the US
• Reliable transportation (THIS

IS A MUST

)

• Punctual, personable, presentable, and professional attitude
• Ability to work alone or with others
• No physical limitations
• Ability to independently lay out projects
• Experience preparing shower stalls with traditional Schluter or Laticrete waterproofing systems, vinyl pans, and mud floors
• Experience setting ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles
