Position summary The Renovation Worker is responsible for completing assigned renovation tasks efficiently and to company standards. This is a hands-on role supporting unit renovations, repairs, and upgrades across our residential portfolio. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes direction well while maintaining consistent productivity and quality. Core responsibilities Renovation & construction work Complete assigned renovation tasks including demo, installation, and repairs Perform basic carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and fixture installation Assist with cabinet, trim, and appliance installation Follow project scope, plans, and direction from the supervisor Demolition & prep work Safely complete demolition of units as directed Remove debris and prepare surfaces for new installation Protect existing materials and areas not being renovated Quality & workmanship Complete all work to company quality standards with minimal rework Ensure accuracy, proper installation, and clean finishes Immediately report any issues, mistakes, or concerns to the supervisor Jobsite organization & cleanliness Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the day Remove debris regularly and maintain clear walkways Properly store tools, equipment, and materials at the end of each day Safety Follow all company safety policies and procedures Wear required PPE and report unsafe conditions immediately Properly use hand and power tools Teamwork & communication Take direction from the supervisor and work collaboratively with crew members Communicate delays, material needs, or issues promptly Maintain a professional attitude on job sites Support the team with additional tasks as needs arise

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
