Responsibilities Lead and supervise tile installation crews, providing clear direction and mentorship throughout each project phase Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine tile layout and specifications Prepare surfaces by performing concrete finishing, masonry, or framing as needed before tile installation begins Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently during installation processes Install various types of tiles including ceramic, porcelain, glass, stone, and specialty materials with precision Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality standards are met and projects comply with building codes and safety regulations Coordinate with other trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and roofing to facilitate seamless project execution Manage material estimates using construction estimating techniques to control costs and minimize waste Utilize Bluebeam or similar software for digital plan review, markup, and project documentation Perform restoration work or repairs on existing tile surfaces as required for remodeling or renovation projects Qualifications Proven experience in tile laying with a strong background in construction site management and supervision Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction inspection procedures Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint coordination, and schematic layouts Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques Knowledge of related trades such as masonry, plastering, flooring installation, drywall finishing, and caulking Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards on active job sites Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members Certifications or training in construction management or related fields are a plus Join us to lead innovative tile projects that transform spaces!
