Milwaukee, WI Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Shop Assistant to start immediately at a reputable client in Milwaukee. Join us if you have : Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with tools and fabrication Ability to read tape measures precisely to 16ths of an inch Capability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform manual handling Willingness to assist outdoors with installations when needed Commitment to safety and reliability Responsibilities Assist with metal bonding, welding, grinding, and fabrication tasks Operate hand and power tools accurately Support installation and assembly projects outdoors when required Maintain a clean and organized workspace Ensure compliance with safety standards Qualifications Good math skills, especially fractions and decimals Mechanical ability with experience in using hand and electrical tools Experience with forklift operation and overhead cranes (preferred) Prior work in metal fabrication or manufacturing environments Valid Wisconsin driver's license with excellent driving record Ability to work in physically demanding environments Skills Overhead crane operation Mechanical assembly Metal polishing Welding and grinding practices Strong attendance and commitment to safety Why choose Integrity Trade Services At Integrity Trade Services, we value our employees by offering a competitive weekly paycheck and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
