Job Description
Come join our team at Glassbusters We've been serving the valley for40 years, and we've learned that character is key to success. We're looking for the right person not just any person. Experience would be a huge bonus but attitude is even better. For those who don't have experience, we are a glass company. So we reglaze (replace the glass and repair) existing window frames. As well as new shower doors, mirrors etc. Job includes driving from job site to job site in company truck, occasional work off of ladders, and scaffolding. Measuring, cutting and handling glass, all of which will be taught to be done safely. Starting pay based on experience, with a "sign on bonus" for any experienced glazier after the 90 day mark. Looking for someone with a good work ethic, who takes pride in the work they do and is capable of operating as part of a team and individually. We have a bonus system in place that greatly rewards the work done during the normal work day that helps you add to your own income by the work you do and the work you learn to do.
