Window Installers & Helpers - Grow Your Career with Avanti! Avanti Windows & Doors is now hiring Experienced Installers and Helpers! Looking for a hands-on career with great pay and real growth opportunities? Staring Pay Rate:

$17.75

Hours:

Monday - Friday at 6 AM What You'll Do Install windows and doors in newly constructed homes Work closely with your team to complete quality installations Communicate job site updates, issues, and improvements clearly Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA fall protection procedures Use tools like cordless drills, levels, and nail guns Climb ladders and work at heights as needed Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly Deliver professional service and help manage customer expectations What We're Looking For Reliable team players with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow (training provided) Positive attitude with leadership potential Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Comfort working at heights Preferred Qualifications Construction or homebuilding experience Window and door installation experience Valid driver's license Why Join Avanti?
