Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Window Covering Installer to join our team! If you enjoy working with your hands, using tools, and take pride in a job well done, this could be a great fit for you. Our ideal candidate is comfortable working on ladders and at various heights, has basic experience with tools, and enjoys delivering excellent service to customers.

What You'll Do:

Install blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies in residential and commercial settings. Work with hand tools and power tools to ensure secure and precise installations. Climb and work on ladders safely to install window coverings at different heights. Communicate professionally with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction. Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure proper fit and function. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and company vehicle.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with tools and installation work Comfortable working on ladders and at heights. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
