In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing decorative and promotional decals on various types of windows across commercial and retail environments. Your expertise will help enhance our clients' branding and aesthetic appeal while ensuring precise application according to specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your construction and installation skills to deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, measuring, and marking window areas to ensure proper decal adhesion. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to follow exact placement instructions for decals. Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to access different window heights and angles. Apply decals meticulously, ensuring smooth adhesion without bubbles or wrinkles, following blueprint specifications. Conduct quality inspections post-installation to verify alignment, durability, and overall appearance of decals. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris in accordance with safety standards. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate project timelines and address any installation concerns. Experience Proven experience in construction management, building material installation, or related fields such as tile masonry or plastering. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints reading, and dimensional measurements for precise application. Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment essential for window installation projects. Knowledge of construction safety protocols including ladder use, working at heights, and handling construction site hazards. Experience with fixture installation, caulking, gutter installation, remodeling projects, or similar construction tasks is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients regarding project progress or adjustments.
