This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in glass installation and construction-related tasks. The position involves assisting with the installation of glass and related materials, supporting skilled installers, and contributing to various construction projects. Immediate openings are available for two dedicated candidates eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Prior construction site experience and familiarity with tools are highly valued, but training will be provided for qualified applicants committed to learning. Responsibilities Assist with glass and mirror installation, including handling and positioning glass panels safely and accurately Support skilled installers with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and fitting materials according to project specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to prepare surfaces and components for installation Perform heavy lifting of glass panels, framing materials, and other construction components Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site Follow safety protocols at all times during installation and construction activities Experience Prior experience in glass , construction or glass fabrication is a plus but not required Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools Knowledge of glass installation techniques or carpentry skills such as trim carpentry or door hanging is advantageous Experience working on construction sites or in remodeling projects is beneficial Previous handyman experience or involvement in manufacturing or remodeling projects is desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation tasks This position provides an excellent platform for individuals interested in building a career in glass installation.
