Pay :

$20-$35+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications The Maine Window Company is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to assist with window and door installation projects. This position is open to all experience levels . Whether you are new to the construction industry and interested in learning the trade or an experienced window installer looking for additional work, we are interested in speaking with you. Responsibilities and level of work will vary based on experience. The position may include general job-site assistance, moving and handling materials, and assisting with installations, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as skills and experience allow. Responsibilities Assist with residential window and door installation projects Load, unload, carry, and safely move windows, doors, tools, and materials Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites Assist with removal and installation of windows and doors Assist with measuring, shimming, flashing, caulking, trim, and other installation tasks Work independently on tasks appropriate to your experience level Learn and develop window and door installation skills Maintain a clean and safe work environment Treat customers' homes and property with care and respect Qualifications Experience in window installation, construction, carpentry, or related work is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Ability to lift and carry windows, doors, and materials Good attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation to job sites Valid driver's license preferred Compensation & Schedule $20-$35+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Part-time, approximately 2-4 days per week Primarily weekday work Hours will vary based on project schedule Opportunity for ongoing work and increased responsibility for the right person
