Job Title:

Window Installer Job Description As a Window Installer, you will be responsible for removing old or damaged windows and preparing openings for new installations. You will install various types of windows, including vinyl, wood, aluminum, and specialty products. Your role will involve measuring and cutting materials such as trim, shims, insulation, and framing components to ensure a proper fit, as well as sealing, caulking, and weatherproofing window installations to prevent air or water infiltration. Responsibilities Operate power tools, hand tools, ladders, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with building standards. Communicate professionally with customers regarding installation details, timelines, and care instructions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at job sites and in company vehicles. Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments. Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Essential Skills Construction and carpentry skills. Experience in installation of windows, gutters, or siding. Proficiency in cutting and trimming. Ability to work in team-performed projects. Capability to exceed customer expectations. Experience working outdoors. Additional Skills & Qualifications Not afraid of heights or working outdoors. Any prior construction experience is beneficial. Experience as a farm hand is advantageous. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
