Window Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing windows in residential homes. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets safety standards, quality expectations, and client specifications. Duties Prepare window frames and surrounding structures by performing carpentry tasks such as metal stud framing, trim carpentry, and frame carpentry Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to install glass panes securely within window frames Apply caulking, weatherproofing, and sealing techniques to ensure windows are airtight and weather-resistant Install fixtures, doors, and other related hardware as needed for complete window setups Perform heavy lifting of window units and materials safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Conduct remodeling tasks including construction and fixture installation to complement window projects Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and ensuring safety standards are met at all times Qualifications Proven experience in construction, glass installation, or related fields with a focus on windows or remodeling projects Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment used in window installation and carpentry Experience with bending of aluminum capping (using a break) Experience with construction site activities including heavy lifting, remodeling, drywall work, and handyman tasks Familiarity with caulking techniques, construction, door hanging, metal stud framing, and assembly processes Prior work experience in window and door installation environments is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site while maintaining safety standards Join our team to build beautiful spaces while honing your skills in a fast-paced environment!
