Duties Install various roofing materials including metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing systems with precision and adherence to safety protocols Measure, cut, and fit siding materials such as vinyl, stucco, and other cladding options to ensure seamless exterior finishes Install windows of different sizes and styles according to technical specifications and construction plans Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform roofing repair, siding installation, and window fitting tasks efficiently Follow all construction safety regulations by utilizing safety harnesses, ladders properly, and adhering to site safety protocols during outdoor work Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to accurately execute installation procedures Perform heavy lifting tasks safely when handling roofing materials, siding panels, or window units during installation or restoration projects Skills Construction estimating skills for project planning and resource management Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery used in roofing, siding, and window installation Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations including the proper use of safety harnesses and ladder safety practices Experience with roofing repair techniques such as tile laying, metal roofing installation, and single-ply membrane systems Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately for precise installations Strong outdoor work experience with a focus on masonry, drywall finishing, caulking, stucco application, and concrete forming when needed for restoration projects Familiarity with construction site experience including heavy lifting, remodeling tasks, handyman skills, metal stud framing, masonry work, and tile laying This role is perfect for proactive individuals passionate about building excellence!
