Job Description

Renuity, a national leader in home remodeling, is seeking experienced 1099 Window Installers to complete high-quality residential projects. Installers will be responsible for precise removal and installation of replacement windows, ensuring proper fit, sealing, flashing, and finishing to meet Renuity's performance and appearance standards. Partner with local teams to review scopes, confirm measurements, and maintain clean, safe jobsites. Successful installers are professional, reliable, customer-focused, and committed to delivering excellent workmanship and an exceptional homeowner experience. Responsibilities Remove and install residential replacement windows to Renuity specifications and building standards Verify measurements, materials, and job scope before starting each project Install, flash, insulate, and seal windows to ensure performance, weather tightness, and code compliance Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites, protecting customer property at all times Operate power and hand tools safely and in accordance with OSHA and company guidelines Communicate professionally with homeowners and Renuity staff regarding timelines, issues, and expectations Troubleshoot installation challenges and perform high-quality finishing work (trim, caulking, touch-ups) Document work performed and report project status, issues, or material needs promptly Required Skills Residential window installation Carpentry and framing Use of power and hand tools Construction safety practices Reading blueprints and work orders Measuring and leveling Flashing and sealing techniques Caulking and finishing Jobsite cleanup and protection Customer communication
