Position Overview:

Stellar Roofing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Window Installer to assist with our window installation projects. In this role, you will coordinate closely with project manager and team to deliver top-quality window installations on time and within budget. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as experience in residential or commercial window installation.

What You'll Do:

Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures Handle small service calls within the window department Measure accurately for new window products to guarantee a precise fit Collaborate with project manager to manage project details and schedules Accurately measure and cut window openings to ensure proper fit and alignment Install window frames, which may involve drilling, screwing, and caulking to secure the frame in place Apply sealants, weatherproofing, and finishing materials Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Valid and clean driver's license and driving record in NY State Knowledge of the Rochester and surrounding areas Knowledge installing residential and commercial windows Ability to manage physical work, including lifting 50+ lbs.
