Work Locations:
Field-based (Schools, commercial sites, and various construction locations) Position Summary We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Installer to join our team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for the professional installation of windows and doors across various commercial and school job sites. You must maintain full compliance with DOT and company safety regulations, represent Builders FirstSource professionally on-site, and ensure every installation meets our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Installation:
Safely and accurately install doors and windows at commercial and educational job sites.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere strictly to all site safety rules, utilize provided safety equipment, and complete required safety documentation.
Vehicle Operations:
Operate company vehicles safely to transport materials and tools to job sites.
Compliance Requirements:
Maintain a valid DOT medical card, clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and pass required drug and background screenings.
Qualifications and Requirements Experience:
Previous experience in carpentry, millwork, or fenestration installation is highly valued.
Compliance & Medical:
Must pass a DOT physical and obtain/maintain a medical card. Clean MVR and successful background and drug test results are mandatory.
Field Readiness:
Ability to work on active commercial and school job sites while maintaining professionalism and strict safety protocols.
You should be proficient in:
DOT Medical Card Door Installation Finish and Rough Carpentry
