YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Install window film on passenger vehicles, trucks, and SUVs to premium quality standards Install PPF (paint protection film / clear bra) on full vehicles, partial panels, and impact zones Properly prep all surfaces before every install — cleaning, decontaminating, and inspecting Consult with customers when needed to confirm product selection and manage expectations Maintain a clean, organized installation bay and uphold shop standards at all times Communicate job status to front desk staff and collaborate with the team throughout the day ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

QUALIFICATIONS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Required:

3+ years of hands-on window tinting experience — automotive experience is mandatory Proficiency in both automotive installation. Ability to consistently deliver clean, bubble-free, precise installs with minimal defects Skilled at measuring, cutting, and fitting film accurately across all vehicle types Able to communicate professionally with customers when needed Reliable, detail-oriented, and a positive contributor to the team

Strongly Preferred:

Experience installing PPF / paint protection film (full wraps and partial panels) Familiarity with brands such as XPEL, Llumar, 3M, Avery Dennison, or SunTek XPEL, Llumar, or 3M installation certification A Plus (not required): Experience with ceramic coating or vinyl wraps Existing client relationships or referral network in the Dallas market ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
