A leading Window & Glass Specialist is looking for experienced and dependable window installation subcontractors to partner with us on residential replacement and multifamily projects throughout Pierce, King, and Thurston Counties . We provide the jobs, materials, and project support. You provide the craftsmanship, tools, transportation, and expertise. What We Provide Pre-sold installation projects Year-round workflow Windows and installation materials supplied by company Detailed scopes of work and work orders Dedicated project support Jobs assigned directly to you No selling or lead generation required Opportunity for a long-term working relationship What You'll Be Responsible For Professional installation of residential replacement windows and doors Retrofit/insert window installation Full-frame and nail-fin replacement installations Sliding glass door and French/patio door installation Entry door installation Interior and exterior trim work Sills, stools, jamb extensions, and related finish carpentry Proper flashing and weatherproofing Professional interior and exterior caulking Glass and insulated glass unit (IGU) replacement as needed Jobsite protection, debris removal, and complete cleanup Completing each project according to the provided scope of work and company quality standards What We're Looking For We are looking for installation professionals who take pride in their work and understand that quality and reliability matter.
