No experience needed. We train you. Icon Insulation is hiring insulation helpers in Ringgold, GA, serving the Chattanooga area. You do not need to have done this work before. We train you on the job and move you toward running spray foam equipment yourself as a Spray Technician. What this pays $15 - $18 per hour during your first 90 days while you are training. After that, you move onto our production pay model. A normal month typically works out to around $24 an hour. A strong month runs higher. The raise is earned, not automatic. We will tell you on day one exactly what we are looking at — attendance, safety, and whether you can run the equipment on your own. Nobody is left guessing. Full-time, Monday through Friday. Overtime available. What you would be doing Moving and staging insulation material Prepping and masking job sites before the spray goes down Site cleanup and breakdown Assisting the spray technician on residential and commercial jobs Learning the equipment until you are ready to run a gun yourself This is physical work in attics, crawlspaces, and unconditioned spaces. It is hot, it is tight, and it is hard. Some people find out in the first week that it is not for them. Better to know that now than after we have both spent a week on it. Work is across North Georgia and the Chattanooga area — Ringgold, Fort Oglethorpe, East Ridge, Chattanooga, Dalton — mostly within an hour of our Ringgold shop. The shop is about 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. What we need from you Reliable transportation to our Ringgold shop every morning Consistent, on-time attendance Willingness to work in heat and tight spaces Valid driver's license Why this and not a warehouse Every sprayer in our crew company started exactly where you would be starting. This is a trade, and it pays like one once you can run a gun. A warehouse job pays you the same in year three as it does in week one. This one does not. There is a long-term spot here for somebody who wants it.
