We are hiring an entry-level Insulation Helper to work alongside an experienced installer and Crew Chief on residential Mass Save projects. No insulation experience is required. Bring dependability, a willingness to work and learn, and respect for customers' homes. Pay, benefits and growth $20-$23 per hour in base pay , based on relevant experience and transferable skills. The upper end is for candidates who bring useful construction or tool skills. Health insurance. Paid training and coaching on the job. A path from Helper to Insulation Installer and, with the required skills and qualifications, Crew Chief as the team grows. What you will do Help load materials, prepare equipment and protect customers' homes before work begins. Assist with insulation and air sealing in attics, walls, basements and crawl spaces under the crew chief's direction. Learn to measure and cut insulation, use hand and power tools, and safely support blowing-machine setup and operation. Move materials, keep the work area organized, and complete thorough cleanup. Follow safety instructions, use required protective equipment, and ask for help when a task or condition is unfamiliar. Build the skills to take on more installation work as you demonstrate safe, consistent results. What you bring Dependability, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow directions and work with a crew. Reliable transportation to our facility each morning. Ability to perform the essential field duties, including moving materials, using ladders, and working in attics and crawl spaces, with reasonable accommodation where applicable. No prior insulation experience, crew-chief certification or college degree is required. Construction, warehouse, landscaping or other hands-on experience is welcome. This is physical work in changing temperatures and confined areas; we provide training before assigning unfamiliar tasks. Your next step Learn safe setup, material handling and cleanup first. Build consistent insulation and air-sealing skills next. As your skills grow, you can be considered for an Installer role and later for crew leadership. Advancement depends on readiness and available roles. Full-time, in person. Report to our facility each morning before traveling with the crew to residential job sites. Apply through Indeed.
