EcoFit Insulation is a growing insulation and home performance company serving homeowners throughout Maine's Lakes Region. We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career in the trades. No insulation experience? That's okay. We'd rather train someone with the right attitude and work ethic than hire someone with years of bad habits. If you're dependable, coachable, and willing to work hard, we'd love to hear from you. At EcoFit, you'll learn not only how to do the work, but the building science behind why we do it. What You'll Do Install insulation, air sealing, and ventilation systems Work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, kneewalls, garages, and other residential spaces Operate insulation equipment, power tools, and ladders Prepare and protect customer homes before work begins Identify insulation gaps, air leakage, and other potential issues Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment Document completed work with photos Communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers Follow company safety, installation, and quality standards What We're Looking For Honest and dependable Strong work ethic Coachable and eager to learn Detail-oriented Good problem-solving skills Takes pride in doing quality work Works well as part of a team Able to accept feedback and apply what you've learned Construction, insulation, weatherization, carpentry, roofing, HVAC, or similar experience is a plus, but not required . Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Comfortable working on ladders and in confined spaces Able to work in hot, cold, dusty, and physically demanding conditions Willing to follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment Able to travel to job sites throughout Maine's Lakes Region and surrounding areas Able to accommodate start and end times that vary based on project location and travel Pay & Benefits $18-$26/hour , based on experience and ability Full-time Paid training Opportunity to grow into a Crew Lead position Mostly weekday schedule; start and end times vary by project and travel If you're ready to learn a skilled trade, work hard, and grow with a company that values quality work and dependable people, we'd like to hear from you.
