Job Description

Depending on qualifications, the selected candidate will be assigned the title of Commercial Appraiser I or II. This position performs the duties of mass appraisal of multi-family and commercial/industrial properties for the annual assessment for the City of Minnetonka. Also performs the duties of providing individual appraisal analysis/report writing for valuation appeals for multi-family and commercial/industrial properties.
