Job Description

Our Inclusion leader is a support person who provides one-on-one assistance to campers with developmental and physical disabilities and provides support as they participate in summer programs. Join our team and help us create a fun environment where everyone is welcome .
Position Perks:
Resume builder for those looking to work with the youth population Work up to 40 hours per week Paid training hours Uniform provided Year-round employment opportunity No scheduled holidays Provide direct camper care, prioritizing each assigned camper's physical, social, emotional health, safety, and well-being. Daily supervision of assigned campers and responding to incidents, such as behavioral problems or accidents, while applying appropriate behavior-management techniques. Maintain records relating to behaviors and discuss camper participation and concerns with parents and other staff members. You should be positive, proactive, and caring while focusing on giving campers a fun, safe camp experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 18 years of age with at least one year of special needs or childcare experience. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, management, and organizational skills. Must be able to commit to a two-week Monday-Thursday morning or afternoon schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
College degree preferred, or in process.
