We are committed to innovative solutions that enhance home efficiency and comfort. Summary We seek a dedicated Weatherization Crew Worker to join our team in St Cloud. In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving the energy efficiency of homes, contributing to our mission of providing comfort, durability, and decreased heating and cooling costs to our clients. Responsibilities Perform weatherization tasks including insulation installation, air sealing, and other energy efficiency improvements. Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively. Read and interpret work orders developed from our energy consultations to ensure accurate installation of advanced air sealing with spray foam insulation. Insulation removal techniques, and the injection of existing wall cavities with state-of-the-art non-expanding injection foam insulation Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in the training of new crew members as needed. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or related fields. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Basic understanding of construction practices Be able to both work as a team and individually Ability to work on construction sites safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
