Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Spray Foam Installer to join our insulation team. The ideal candidate will have experience with spray foam application or a strong willingness to learn. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently installing spray foam insulation in a variety of residential and commercial settings. Key Responsibilities Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation to walls, attics, crawl spaces, and other designated areas Load and unload materials and equipment Operate spray foam rigs, tools, and safety gear in accordance with OSHA standards Maintain a clean and safe job site Communicate effectively with crew members, customers, and supervisors Follow project instructions, blueprints, and customer specifications Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections to ensure quality control Assist with maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior spray foam or general insulation experience is a plus (training provided for the right candidate) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more Strong work ethic and reliability Must pass a background check and drug screening Benefits Competitive hourly wage On-the-job training and certification opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision & Life insurance options Paid time off and holidays and sick leave Career advancement in a growing company Supportive and team-oriented work environment
