Full-time About the Role Century Roll has launched a second shift in our Fabrication Department, and we're hiring skilled fabricators who take pride in doing things right the first time. You'll work with a small, focused team led by our 2nd Shift Lead, building high-quality custom parts from prints. What You'll Do Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum Read and interpret blueprints to build from scratch Fit, tack, and assemble fabricated parts with precision Weld parts per print specs Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow traveler instructions and quality standards Support your team and help improve daily flow What We're Looking For 5+ years of fabrication and welding experience (MIG and TIG) Strong blueprint reading and fitting skills are required Experience welding aluminum, carbon, and stainless steel Reliable, self-directed, and quality-focused Able to pass a weld test Comfortable working 2nd shift hours What We Offer $20-$28/hr starting based on experience 10% 2nd shift premium 401(k) with match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Opportunity to grow into a Lead or multi-skill role Small team, fast-moving shop, zero drama Apply today to join a team that respects quality and rewards hard work.
