If you are independent, motivated, great at what you do and can bring a GREAT attitude to our amazing team, we would be thrilled to meet you. instagram.com/612 SIGNS Job Summary We are seeking an Experienced Sign Fabricator with expertise in architectural and illuminated signage to join our talented team. This role involves hands-on fabrication, assembly, and installation of high-quality signage components. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses strong mechanical knowledge with experience working on construction sites and operating various fabrication tools and welding equipment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Metal Fabrication & Build:
Channel letters (face-lit, halo-lit, trimless), illuminated cabinets up to 50'
Welding & Structural Work:
Steel subframes, welding, epoxies, adhesives, finishing
Electrical & Lighting:
LED and fluorescent wiring, power supplies, switches, digital message boards
Shop Fabrication:
Read drawings, operate shears, brakes, rollers, and related equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
Metal fabrication experience required. Able to read drawings, plans and layout work, and set up/operate machinery such as shears, brakes, rollers etc. Experience with spray booth painting and acrylic work are a plus. Knowledge of the signage industry is preferred. Comfortable using a computer and/or mobile device for email, job instructions and time tracking. Basic math skills for fabrication and construction painting. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred. Must be a punctual, organized, independent worker with excellent time management and communication skills. Positive outlook and team mindset are essential!
COMPENSATION + BENEFITS
Pay and other benefits commensurate with experience and eligibility. $30+/hr for experienced sign fabricators | $27-$35/hr depending on experience Excellent employee health plan Paid holidays for all employees Paid Time Off Simple IRA plan Flexibility to accommodate needs. 4/10 or 3/12 schedule options available. $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
