Job Description
Fabrication Facility/Job Shop looking for
EXPERIENCED FITTERS
for large steel mill related equipment. Selected Candidates will need to be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift as needed and be willing to work overtime as required. The right candidate will have experience fitting a variety of sizes of materials.Day Shift:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Eligible for an additional $2.00/hr Bonus when working 50+ hours per week and meeting attendance and safety requirements.Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprint
- Advanced mathematical aptitude using geometry and trigonometry formulas
- Must pass vertical and horizontal weld test
- 2 years preferred experience in heavy fabrication
- Must possess own hand tools and tool box
- Working knowledge of industry standards for welding and fabrication including weld symbols
- Mechanical aptitude using a variety of hand tools and shop equipment
- Operates Overhead cranes and material handling equipment Fringe benefit package including: 401(K), medical insurance, life insurance, dental, vision, accident, etc.
