Johns, with an immediate need for an experienced Metal Fabricator/Welder. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in fabricating handrails and gates
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative critical thinking
• Excellent mathematical abilities, particularly in geometry
• Proficiency in MIG welding, especially short arc and some inner shield techniques
• Grinding and finishing skills that demonstrate an eye for cosmetic detail
• Ability to interpret and create cut lists and layouts from shop drawings
• Competence in using industry-standard tools such as bandsaws, ironworkers, and plasma cutters
• A valid driver's license and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Benefits on offer:

• Taking projects from initial layout through to finish and installation
• Fabricating architectural elements both onsite and in the workshop
• Producing high-quality, detailed work consistent with project specifications
