Skill Requirements All levels of structural steel construction and miscellaneous metals experience All levels of welding experience Organized Strong personal character and integrity Good communication skills (both verbal and written) Rational thinking Independent decision making Confidentiality Work with minimal supervision Customer service Team player Successful applicant will be required to work 8-10 hours in a field environment and would be based on a 40+ hour workweek.
