Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1099 Ironworker to join our dynamic construction team. As an essential member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining steel frameworks, structural supports, and various metal components on construction sites. Your expertise in welding, rigging, and blueprint reading will ensure the safety, precision, and durability of our projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects that shape skylines and infrastructure while honing your craft in a fast-paced environment. Duties Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble and install steel structures Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment such as press brake machines and plasma cutters to shape and assemble metal components Perform welding operations including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <
