Job Summary Pronto Staffing is now hiring a skilled team member to build and assemble high-quality metal products. In this role, you will read blueprints, cut materials, and weld pieces together. This is a great opportunity for a reliable worker looking for a stable day-shift schedule in a production environment. Responsibilities Build and assemble metal products using drawings and specifications Read and understand blueprints, work orders, and shop drawings Measure, mark, cut, and fit metal pieces together Use shop tools safely, including saws, grinders, drills, and ironworkers Weld and tack metal pieces using MIG and TIG welding processes Check finished items to make sure they meet quality standards Keep your work area clean and follow all safety rules Requirements 2 or more years of experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or welding Ability to read a tape measure and understand shop drawings Strong basic math and measurement skills High School diploma or GED required Must speak and understand English Background check and drug screening may be required Work Environment Standing for up to 10 hours per day Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Working indoors in a non-climate-controlled environment Exposure to typical shop noise, heat, dust, and welding fumes Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for career advancement Stable, growing manufacturing work environment Training and development opportunities Safety equipment (PPE) provided Apply Today Apply now with Pronto Staffing for immediate consideration.
