Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled metal fabricator to join our team. This role requires ability to perform basic skills with minimal supervision. Complete work orders, fabricate and assemble components, interpret blueprints, install, and weld. Works as a member of the team to provide high-quality products that satisfy the customer and promote safety, production, and positive attitude. Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW, and Stick welding on various metal components. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate parts according to specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery used in fabrication and welding. Conduct assembly of fabricated parts and ensure quality control throughout the process. Pass applicable tests. Operate forklifts for moving heavy materials safely within the work area. Use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy in fabrication. Knowledge of different types and sizes of structural materials. Follow all field rules, policies, and safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Requires regular and punctual employee attendance. Perform all other duties as assigned.
